With his family, Nav贸 enjoys having adventures in the Netherlands. The adorable dog is always up for activities, whether it be swimming or hiking. But occasionally, even the most daring thrill-seekers experience fear, especially when there is water present.
In order to effectively encourage Nav贸 when he is feeling anxious, his father gives him a strong hug.
Nathalie Weusten, the mother of Nav贸, finds her dog’s persistence on swimming snuggles to be endearing every time.
Weusten believes that Nav贸 enjoys hugs because they make him feel protected, ensure his family’s safety, and, well, because he simply enjoys being cuddled.
Weusten mentioned that Nav贸 loves to swim and is skilled at it, but [he] feels most secure when he is near one of us. He despises it when one of us is submerged too far from the others, especially when swimming, as he fears they could be in danger. They do a lot of cuddling. Therefore he believes that he feels secure as a result.
Water is nothing new to Nav贸. Actually, Donald Hillebregt, his father, competes in triathlons. Hillebregt enjoys including Nav贸 in training sessions whenever feasible. Nav贸 is always excited to go along because he jumps at the chance to be with his loved ones.
The kind, inquisitive dog enjoys playing fetch and observing the vast universe when he isn’t busy swimming.
He enjoys observing everyone and everything, according to Weusten. He “gets along with everyone well” and is quite gregarious.
Nav贸 has already shown to be the ideal pet for them. In addition, Nav贸 is always there to give Weusten the companionship he needs when Hillebregt is gone competing or training.
