The 58-year-old actress is currently filming a new thriller titled *Never Let Go*, where she plays a mother of two sons, defending them from an evil spirit.

On her social media, she shared a behind-the-scenes photo showcasing her abundant underarm hair. “The mom character is one of the most challenging roles I’ve had the pleasure of portraying,” she captioned the picture.

Whether the hair was applied by makeup artists or if she hadn’t shaved for several weeks remains unclear. However, the latter option shouldn’t be entirely dismissed. Recently, when discussing her appearance, Berry stated that she “always knew she was so much more than just this face and body.”

“When beauty begins to fade, perhaps people will start to see other facets of me that I believe are far more interesting,” the star shared her thoughts.

The actress also expressed that she enjoys being the oldest person in the room. “I don’t have to put on a facade, worry about pleasing everyone, or think about their egos and insecurities. I can do what I want, not what they want,” she told *Marie Claire*.
