“Creativity And Skillfulness Are At The Highest Level”: The Old Man Has Transformed The Shabby Entrance Into a Real Palace!
Kyiv retiree Volodymyr Chayka has turned the entrance of his apartment building into a stunning Baroque masterpiece. His passion for art and aesthetics has transformed the space into a miniature Versailles, complete with ornate plasterwork, gilded details, and reproductions of famous paintings.
The entrance is dominated by shades of white, blue, and turquoise, with accents of gold leaf. Each wall is adorned with carefully selected reproductions of world-renowned artists, framed in intricate plasterwork painted in gold.
The project took several years to complete. Chayka began by decorating his own floor, but as word of his talent spread, neighbors eagerly requested his services. Responding to their enthusiasm, he expanded his project to include the entire entrance, creating thematic compositions for each floor inspired by the seasons.
Chayka’s artistic vision extended beyond paintings and plasterwork. He added retro light fixtures, columns, and sculptures, further enhancing the grand and ceremonial atmosphere of the entrance.
This remarkable transformation has not only beautified the apartment building but has also created a sense of community and pride among the residents. Chayka’s dedication to his art has turned a simple entrance into a breathtaking work of art.
