American singer, actress, and designer Jessica Simpson recently shared a rare photo with her now-older son on her personal blog. In the post, the star proudly showed that her 11-year-old son, Ace, has already surpassed her in height.

Jessica, married to former NFL player Eric Johnson, has been with him since 2010, tying the knot on July 5, 2014. The couple is raising three children: besides their son Ace, they have a 12-year-old daughter, Maxwell Drew, and 5-year-old Birdie Mae.

Simpson has previously opened up about gaining nearly 100 pounds during her third pregnancy. She admitted feeling embarrassed by her body and was scared she’d never return to her pre-baby shape. However, within a year, the singer managed to shed the extra weight.
