A young woman inherited a one-room apartment in an old building. The apartment was in a deplorable state: dark wallpaper, swollen linoleum, old plumbing. The woman decided not to sell it and completely remodel the dwelling, while preserving its historical value and the legacy of her family.

This is what the apartment looked like BEFORE: The area of the entire apartment is 37 sq.m. The main room is 19 square meters, the kitchen is 9 sq.m. First of all, the owner of the apartment turned to a designer who helped her with the drawings of a new layout and the design of her new home.

Part of the room was separated by a partition, creating a bedroom. To save space, a sliding door was used. A closet also fit in the bedroom. In the bedroom area, she used wallpaper with a bright accent to create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

The kitchen set is custom-made in a restrained style. In the dining area, the hostess kept the old table and chairs, which give the interior a touch of vintage. In the bathroom and toilet, new plumbing is installed, but they remained separate. This solution makes the space more functional and comfortable
