Jaylynn and Chris Stringer began dreaming of a second child as soon as their eldest daughter, Aria, started school. Their home had become quiet and dull while the little girl was away at class. Her older sister Aria eagerly took on much of the caregiving responsibilities while their parents worked on adjusting the home.

Due to Amaya’s unique needs, the Stringer family had to make many changes and adjustments to ensure she could grow and independently achieve the milestones that were typical for children her age.
