The festivities kicked off in Positano, where Madonna and her 30 guests enjoyed the luxury of a high-end hotel. After a few days along the stunning coastline, the group traveled to Pompeii for an elegant dinner. Madonna stole the show in an all-white lace dress, with a hint of a black bra peeking through.
Currently, Madonna is dating 28-year-old Ahlam Morris.
The pop legend has walked down the aisle twice. Her first marriage was to actor Sean Penn. In 1996, she welcomed her daughter, Lourdes Maria, with actor Carlos Leon. From 2000 to 2008, Madonna was married to director Guy Ritchie, with whom she shares a 24-year-old son, Rocco, and a 20-year-old son, David, whom they adopted in 2005.
