Patrick Mast gained fame for their striking appearance, which they have meticulously crafted to resemble a doll. Since the age of 18, Patrick has dedicated over a decade to transforming their look, investing $73,000 in cosmetic procedures to achieve what they call a “plastic aesthetic.”
Patrick’s journey into this distinctive self-expression reflects a deep admiration for a doll-like appearance. Despite the extensive enhancements, Patrick has made it clear that they have no intention of changing their gender. They prefer a more feminine look, which they feel aligns better with their natural features. “It’s easier for me to adapt to a female face because my natural features weren’t very masculine,” Patrick explained.
Since beginning their transformation at 18, Patrick has undergone regular monthly filler treatments for various facial areas, including the lips, chin, under-eye region, and cheeks, alongside Botox injections every three months. They have invested £45,500 in Botox and other cosmetic treatments, such as fillers, rhinoplasty, and facelifts, in their quest for a perfectly symmetrical, doll-like appearance.
Patrick’s commitment to achieving this ideal reflects their fascination with the flawless perfection represented by dolls. They are continually refining their features to emulate this aesthetic. While their unique style often attracts attention and occasional ridicule, Patrick remains unfazed. “I like the attention I get after a procedure,” Patrick said. “But not all of it is positive. I’ve been called a monster, but ultimately, everyone has the right to look how they want.”
Patrick acknowledges that their appearance can provoke strong reactions, but they feel that the criticism says more about others than about them. “My look causes more of a problem for other people than it does for me. The surgery is my choice, and I live with the consequences.
Some people assume I’m not intelligent because I look like Barbie, but if they took the time to talk to me, they’d realize I’m quite normal and intelligent,” they added.
