“I Have Always Been Attracted To The Extreme”: A Woman Spent a Lot Of Money To Look Like a Real-Life Barbie Doll!
Alicia Almira, a 31-year-old woman, has dedicated the past decade to transforming herself into a human Barbie doll, a journey that has come with a price tag of approximately $200,000. Her radical metamorphosis has completely altered her appearance from what she once was.
Alicia dreamed of embodying the Barbie aesthetic since she was nine years old, but it wasn’t until she turned 21 and moved to London after leaving her job in public relations that she fully committed to her aspiration.
Throughout the last ten years, Alicia has undergone a series of surgeries and procedures. Her transformation includes multiple breast augmentations, rhinoplasty, fillers in various parts of her face such as forehead, eyes, cheeks, jaw, and lips, Botox injections, and PDO threads. She has also extensively tattooed her chest and torso, grown her nails to triple their original length, and maintains a constant tan and eyelash extensions.
Alicia sees her transformation as an ongoing journey. She declared, “I’ve always been drawn to the extreme. Some people think I’m crazy, but I have no regrets about the surgeries. In fact, I want my breasts to be even larger in the future. I aim to achieve the most plastic look possible and inspire other girls to do the same.”
Raised in a traditional family, Alicia adhered to conventional looks until she started university in Copenhagen at 18. Her initial steps towards transformation began with tattoos, but her desire for more drastic changes grew over time. At 25, she saved £3,500 for her first breast implants, increasing her cup size from D to J, despite her height of 5ft 6in and being a size 8. Alicia’s commitment extends to her future family. She expressed willingness to support her children should they choose to undergo surgery, stating, “If my daughter desires larger breasts and other enhancements, I would accompany her to the surgeon.”
