“They Looked So Happy Together”: The Actor Of “Harry Potter”, Warwick Davis Showed The Last Photo With His Late Wife Who Died At 53!

The actor paid tribute to his late wife, Samantha, sharing that she passed away on March 24 at the age of 53. Their final photo together, taken in October, captured a moment of happiness as the couple shared smiles.

Before heading out for a meal together, Warwick took selfies with his beloved wife, Samantha, captioning the photo with humor: “A much-needed date with my lovely wife. She didn’t feel dressed up enough for McDonald’s!” – Davis wrote. Initially, fans responded with supportive jokes, but now, comments under the post overflow with messages of support and condolences.

In recent years, Samantha faced challenges with mobility, yet she remained determined to fight for her health. In 2019, she battled sepsis, coming perilously close to death. However, Davis managed to cope, eventually recovering.

The couple first met during the filming of the movie “Willow” in 1988, where Samantha, along with her father Peter, played the roles of villagers. Tragically, the couple experienced the loss of their young son Lloyd just nine days after his birth in 1991. Lloyd inherited dwarfism from both parents and passed away due to complications from the condition.

In 2022, Warwick spoke about the devastating experience, expressing that he wouldn’t wish it upon anyone. Despite the loss, the couple found solace in the love they shared for their surviving children, Annabel and Harrison. Their second child, George, was lost due to a miscarriage at 20 weeks in 1993. Warwick reflected on the losses, stating that they will always be remembered and cherished.

Samantha was known for her role as the Goblin in the 2011 film “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2,” where Davis last portrayed Filius Flitwick, the Hogwarts charms professor. Additionally, in 1989, she participated in the BBC educational series “Dragon’s Eye.”
