Jenny and Rich Powell, a couple from the UK, had been longing for a big family but struggled to have children for 11 years. They decided to undergo IVF treatment, and Jenny became pregnant with twins. It was a dream come true for them.

Her husband took her to the nearest clinic, where the doctors urged them to go to an Oxford clinic immediately.

The distance was daunting, but the local authorities arranged for a Coast Guard helicopter to transport Jenny to the specialists, and the next day she became a mother.

The twins, Ruben and Jenson, were born at just 23 weeks of pregnancy, weighing less than 1.3 pounds each.

It was a rare and challenging situation in the history of Great Britain, but the babies gradually grew and developed, spending six months in the clinic before finally going home.

It was a joyous occasion for the entire family. At the age of one, Ruben and Jenson had caught up with their peers in development.

They celebrated their first birthday with the Coast Guard helicopter brigade and the staff of the Oxford clinic, who had played a significant role in their journey.

Now, the twins are two years old, and it’s hard to imagine that they were once so tiny.
