Woman Spends $14K on Facelift, Sells Home, and Embraces Van Life After Stunning Transformation!

Kelly Beasley, from Marana, Arizona, recently made headlines for a drastic decision to combine her love for the RV lifestyle with her desire for aesthetic enhancement. In August 2023, the avid camper garnered media attention after revealing she sold her home to finance a significant cosmetic surgical procedure. This bold move underscores Beasley’s “go-getter” attitude, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to her personal desires, regardless of how extreme they may appear to others.
Beasley is no stranger to making big life changes. In 2015, she fully embraced the recreational vehicle lifestyle, moving out of her Arizona home to embark on a nomadic journey. Alongside her business partner, Marshall Wendler, she co-founded the “Camp Addict” website, a platform dedicated to sharing their RVing experiences and offering guidance to fellow enthusiasts. Beyond her passion for outdoor adventure, Beasley has always prioritized self-care and maintaining her appearance. She began using fillers and Botox in her late 20s, a regimen she continued for 15 years.
However, by age 48, Beasley noticed her face was “dropping fast” and felt the need for more comprehensive rejuvenation. After extensive research, she decided on a multifaceted facial surgery that included a facelift, neck lift, lip lift, and fat transfer from her thighs. The estimated cost for such procedures in the United States ranged from a staggering $50,000 to $60,000, which Beasley found prohibitive. Her search for a more affordable option led her to TikTok, where a positive review for a clinic in Tijuana, Mexico, caught her attention, offering the same procedure for a remarkable $14,000.
Convinced by online reviews from a Facebook group for the Tijuana clinic, EOC plastics, Beasley booked her surgery for February 14, 2023. To cover the cost, she took the extraordinary step of selling her three-bedroom home in Arizona. The results, according to Beasley, “are beyond what I expected.” She expressed delight, stating, “I didnât expect to look younger. People say I look in my 30s. Iâm loving my look and looking the most fabulous that I can.” The four-hour surgery involved minimal pain, though she wore a “face bra” for two weeks during recovery.
After her full recovery, Beasley seamlessly resumed her full-time RV lifestyle, with her last reported stay in Lake Tahoe, California, when her story gained traction. Her surgeon, Dr. Fabian Mendoza Macias, documented her healing process on social media. Beyond her “fabulous life,” Beasley aims to challenge the stigma surrounding plastic surgery, openly advocating for individuals to fulfill their personal desires without succumbing to societal judgment. Her story stands as a testament to her determination and willingness to make significant sacrifices for her own happiness and self-image.
