In Pennsylvania, a local resident saw something rather surprising across her yard.
The dog she spotted was wet and freezing. She didn’t waste a second and brought the dog warm soup and a blanket and contacted a rescue team right away.

When she put the food in front of the dog it was hesitant to eat at first. But then seeing as the woman wasn’t intending to hurt him or chase after him. He decided to not give into the trust issues and tried the given food.
Getting to the food the dog got into the trap of the rescuers and soon was placed in a safer place.

When they took the dog it turned out that the dog actually had an owner and was missing from his home for some time now.

Ella’s surely grateful for the soup and blankets, which made all the difference during her time in the flowerbeds.

 

But now, thanks to Karen, Asher, and MatchDog Rescue, she’s back to a real bed and, soon, a real family of her own.
