TV Star Looks Unrecognizable After Third Facelift!: Can You Guess Who She Is?

Kathy Griffin, 64, was recently seen at the Studio City Farmer’s Market in Los Angeles, where she debuted a noticeably refreshed look after undergoing her third facelift. Dressed casually in a vintage Sonny & Cher T-shirt, navy pants, and black sneakers, the comedian enjoyed ice cream with a mystery companion. With her red hair pulled back and sunglasses shielding her eyes, Griffin looked relaxed as she took in the sunny California day.

The comedian later confirmed the cosmetic procedure on her Talk Your Head Off podcast, where she joked openly about her latest enhancements. “It’s my third. I know that’s so vain! I’m so vain for no reason,” she quipped. The work, performed by Dr. Ben Talei, included a facelift, blepharoplasty, a foxy eye lift, and adjustments to her chin. Though she poked fun at herself, Griffin admitted the recovery was anything but glamorous, describing it bluntly as “disgusting.”

Griffin has never shied away from talking about her long history with plastic surgery. Her journey began in 1986 with a nose job and has since included a brow lift, facial peel, breast enlargement, and liposuction—a procedure she has said nearly cost her life in 1999. She has also been open about her struggles with pain pill addiction, which led to a 2020 hospitalization. Despite the challenges, her humor and candid storytelling remain central to her public persona.

In 2021, Griffin faced another serious hurdle when she underwent surgery to remove half of her left lung during a battle with cancer. Still, she continued working and is now preparing to launch her new “New Face, New Tour” on November 8 in Las Vegas. The tour’s title cheekily references her latest procedure and follows her previous 75-city comedy tour, My Life on the PTSD-List.

A two-time Emmy Award winner, Griffin holds the Guinness World Record for the most televised stand-up comedy specials. Her new look has even earned praise from Melissa Rivers, evoking the spirit of Rivers’ late mother, Joan Rivers, who mentored Griffin and was equally outspoken about plastic surgery. Through triumphs and setbacks, Kathy Griffin remains unapologetically herself, turning her personal experiences—cosmetic or otherwise—into sharp, unfiltered comedy.
