This story proves that dogs have an incredible maternal instincts which lead them to act in a wonderful way.

The Australian Shepherd Maggie was in her cage at the shelter when she heard the little puppies were crying nearby. No one was there at that night but there were cameras which showed the brave and adorable act of the nice dog.

Maggie was mother herself and the tiny creatures, who were born just a week ago, were abandoned and needed proper care and love. Maggie was the one who took that responsibility to take care of the little animals.

The cameras caught the scene when she just went out from her cage through the narrow way and run to the enclosure where the puppies were. She couldn’t enter there but put one part of her body into the cage from where the water was put for the sweet creatures. Clever Maggie realized how she could help them and with putting her back there she just wanted to make them feel comfortable and protected.

The staff saw all this adorable moments and rushed to help the animal. They let her in so that she could give them all her comfort and warmth. The nice creatures were thrilled to be with their caring savior who really wanted to protect and love them.

Maggie stayed the whole night with the sweet babies. And in the morning, they were still cuddled each other. It was so touching and loving! Now Maggie and the cute babies have their own families but the workers of the shelter will remember that fantastic moment forever.
