Now Germans Create Homes In Just 24 Hours Using Innovative Technology: What’s The Secret?
Life today has become significantly more fast-paced compared to 50 years ago. What once took months or even years to build—such as a house—can now be completed in just a few weeks. But the German company Dennert decided to take things even further, achieving what seems impossible: building a house in just one day.
Dennert has been in the construction industry for quite some time. At one point, the company’s experts realized that to stay competitive, they needed to speed up the construction process. Eventually, they found a way to blend high-quality craftsmanship with remarkable speed.
The homes are pre-manufactured in modules at the factory. A single project takes about three months to complete, during which the house is fully constructed.
Each house is composed of these pre-made modules, with all necessary utilities and appliances already integrated according to the customer’s wishes. Assembly begins immediately on a pre-prepared foundation, where the modular parts, complete with built-in systems, are delivered. The entire process is an impressive sight—crews work at an incredible pace, living up to the company’s motto: “One day, one house.”
The main material used for construction is German eco-concrete, made from foam glass, natural Alpine pumice, cement, water, and sand.
