Kristie, a 33-year-old mother of two, moves to a seemingly peaceful neighborhood while her husband is away serving in the Marines. The neighborhood appears perfect for her kids to play and for her three cats to roam freely. However, things take a turn when she becomes the target of a notorious neighbor, Annabelle, whom she dubs “Miss Evil.” Annabelle dumps garbage all over Kristie’s house, claiming it as a lesson for newcomers.

Upon discovering the mess, Kristie is furious and learns from her neighbors that Annabelle has a reputation for terrorizing new residents. Determined not to let Annabelle get away with it, Kristie concocts a plan for revenge, gathering pet waste from her neighbors to repay Annabelle’s actions.
