The owners of this apartment initially planned to purchase a new building. But financial constraints led them to the decision to buy a Stalin-era building. The apartment area is 80 sq. m., the condition is “quiet horror and nightmare.”

The couple decided to save money on the apartment, and invest the saved money in a major renovation of the premises. In the end, about 50,000 dollars were spent on the renovation.

Of course, there was a replanning, and now the apartment includes a stylish kitchen with white walls and a matching set, as well as a dark area with a bar counter. Additional interior details include an emerald sofa in the living room, a dining area with a round dining table and an original balcony for warm evenings. The bedroom is made in a minimalist style, with an accent black wall and a double bed. A convenient dressing room.
