Dolph Lundgren was undeniably one of the heartthrobs of the past century.  His daughters hit the genetic jackpot. They’ve grown into true beauties, inheriting the best traits from both parents.

Looking at Lundgren’s muscular build, it’s hard to imagine that, as a child, he was weak and frail. His passion for sports helped turn things around. Through relentless training, he built up his muscles and developed rock-hard abs.

After school, he served in the army, graduated from a technology institute, and then set off in search of a better life, leaving his native Sweden for Australia. There, he worked as a bouncer in a nightclub until he crossed paths with singer Grace Jones. Thanks to her connections, Dolph made his way to Hollywood, where he launched a stellar career.

Despite his dashing looks, Dolph didn’t settle down with one of the models, actresses, or singers he dated. Instead, he tied the knot with a jewelry designer. In 1994, the couple made it official.

Two years later, they became parents for the first time, dramatically altering their lives. They moved from the U.S. to Europe, splitting their time between Sweden, the U.K., and Spain. The actor himself initiated the move, wanting to shield his child from the negative influence of Hollywood.

In 2001, the couple welcomed their second daughter. To focus on raising his kids, Lundgren partially stepped back from his acting career. However, when he decided to make a comeback, he faced some challenges.

By the time his first child was born, Dolph was already an international star. Ida knew of her father’s fame but, thanks to her parents, managed to stay out of the paparazzi’s lens until she was older. At 12, she made her on-screen debut in the film *Dangerous Tour*, directed by none other than her famous dad.

Dolph also trained his younger daughter, Greta, and likely offered her roles in his films. But it seems the world of acting never appealed to her. At 21, she hasn’t pursued acting or sports. Instead, she’s more passionate about modeling and photography. As for her future career, Greta hasn’t quite made up her mind yet.
