A Soviet Union girl who became a Hollywood star
Conquering Hollywood is the dream of many people from all over the world. Some people just dream, not particularly hoping for success, while others, on the contrary, devote their lives to the fulfillment of their cherished dream. One of those who managed to conquer American cinema is Mila Kunis.
Milena Markovna Kunis was born on August 14, 1983 in the USSR, in the city of Chernivtsi, now Ukraine. In 1991, the family of the future actress decided to emigrate from the then Soviet Union to America.
Mila entered acting school, and already in 1993 she starred in the first commercials. A year later, she managed to star in an episodic role in one of the series.
In 1998, Mila successfully passed the casting for the TV series “That 70s Show”, where she was able to get one of the main roles. The show turned out to be very successful, which gave a good impetus to the career of the actress.
Participation in the series allowed Mila Kunis to get a role in the feature film Love Virus. It happened in 2001, when the actress was 18 years old. After a short stagnation, Kunis began acting in top Hollywood films with star actors: ”Max Payne”, “Extract” with Ben Affleck, “Black Swan” with Natalie Portman and Vincent Cassel. The list of roles is endless.
As you can see, Milena Markovna Kunis’s career was a success. She has a dream job for which she undoubtedly gets good money.
Everything is fine in her personal life as well. Until 2010, Mila dated Macaulay Culkin, the boy Kevin from Home Alone, but the couple broke up. In 2014 she married actor Ashton Kutcher. The couple is raising two children.
Together with her husband, Kunis visited Ukraine, where she met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his wife.
