The baby elephant Chaba arrived at Elephant Nature Park in a poor state. It was really difficult for her to get used to her new surroundings. She was nervous and confused. But there was a little soul there who felt all the Chaba’s trouble and anxiety so she came for help. The tiny animal Pyi Mai was the one who came to the new comer and and suggested her help.

She was running to her and supporting her by hugging her and touching her trunk. She was acting so gently and softly as if she was welcoming her and encouraging her to feel free and comfortable. It was evident that these two incredible creatures would become best friends. Their interaction with trunks meant much about their love and kindness to each other. And as their friendship became stronger they started to hug frequently.

Now they are always together wherever they go. Pyi Mai changed Chaba’s life and brought many colors to it. She was a great hope and support for her when she needed it. And due to her, Chaba became a confident and happy in her new place. She was feeling adorable and free and could happily play with other animals in the sanctuary.

During the time this duo gained a nice reputation of being affectionate, lovely and generous to each other. They are playful, active and inseparable couple who are always together.
