This apartment was purchased not for personal use, but as an investment — with the potential for future rental or resale at a profit. The interior was far from ideal: outdated finishes and cluttered rooms called for urgent updates. Before the renovation began, the space was completely cleared of old materials and unnecessary items. The reconfiguration involved demolishing load-bearing walls and creating new partitions, which allowed the space to be optimized for the new design.

As a result of these changes, the bathroom was enlarged, slightly reducing the size of the hallway. The floor here was laid with laminate, and the walls were painted in a combination of white and blue. A hanging console was added near the front door, with a large mirror and a bright pouf placed opposite.

A spacious walk-in closet was also created, without built-in furniture, leaving room for future tenants to customize the space to their liking. The entrance to the kitchen was relocated.
